Bundoran Farm has about 90 lots around the farm.  We may never have that many homes since some owners have purchased more than one lot.  The home site for each lot has been strategically positioned so that the farm operations are not impacted and privacy among neighbors is maintained.  Lots can be seen on the Map of Bundoran Farm.  This map is not a current representation of available lots.

 

Lots are available from the current declarant, Core Real Estate, in Charlottesville.  Other lots, both improved with houses and unimproved, may be available from current owners.  Most can be found online.
